02How it works

Real work before a monthly commitment.

DAY 0

Name the need

Agree the role, stack, hours overlap and what good work looks like.

BY DAY 5

Review the longlist

We review prior work and hold a thirty-minute English conversation.

BEFORE TASK

Put terms in writing

Contractor agreement, NDA and IP assignment before access or work.

4 TO 8 HOURS

Test real work

A paid task from your backlog. Review the work with the person.

TARGET: DAY 10*

Start the trial

Two weeks at half rate, working in your tools and overlapping your day.

AFTER TRIAL

Keep the person

Monthly in advance, with a ninety-day minimum.

EACH FRIDAY

Read the work

A written report: shipped, blocked, hours and next week. Thirty days’ notice after the minimum.

*Ten working days from need to trial for common roles. Timing depends on review and task scheduling.

03What your CTO gets

The work has an owner.

One environment. One access path.

We run the development environment. Your code never touches a personal laptop. Repository mirrors, managed machines and access records sit in one view.

A Friday report with the work attached.

Shipped work links to pull requests. Blockers name the decision needed. Hours and next week’s priorities are written down. Pull-request review is part of the delivery rhythm.

A trial that tests the actual job.

Start with a paid four-to-eight-hour task from your backlog. Then work together for two weeks at half rate before deciding on the monthly placement.

Terms you can read before a call.

Contractor agreement, NDA and IP assignment. Monthly payment in advance. A ninety-day minimum, then thirty days’ notice.
