We review prior work and hold a thirty-minute English conversation.
Contractor agreement, NDA and IP assignment before access or work.
A paid task from your backlog. Review the work with the person.
Two weeks at half rate, working in your tools and overlapping your day.
Monthly in advance, with a ninety-day minimum.
A written report: shipped, blocked, hours and next week. Thirty days’ notice after the minimum.
*Ten working days from need to trial for common roles. Timing depends on review and task scheduling.
03What your CTO gets
We run the development environment. Your code never touches a personal laptop. Repository mirrors, managed machines and access records sit in one view.
Shipped work links to pull requests. Blockers name the decision needed. Hours and next week’s priorities are written down. Pull-request review is part of the delivery rhythm.
Start with a paid four-to-eight-hour task from your backlog. Then work together for two weeks at half rate before deciding on the monthly placement.
